Research presentation on Phiroz Mehta

Dr Karen O’Brien-Kop will present a research talk at the University of Roehampton on Thursday June 9th, 2022, 5.30 to 7pm: ‘Phiroz Mehta: A Zoroastrian Teacher of Indian Philosophy of Religion in 1970s-80s Britain’. Her research was supported by a grant from the Southlands Methodist Trust.

Phiroz Mehta was a Zoroastrian public scholar in the 1970s and 1980s. Dr O’Brien-Kop’s talk will explore her research into his impact on spiritual, meditation and yoga communities in the UK.
